The Gangi Way
Gangi's lineup consists only of junmaishu, pure rice sake to which neither distilled alcohol nor sugar is added.
Adding distilled alcohol is a common traditional method in making sake, however we feel no need for it in our own products. We want to bring out the potential of the rice alone, much as a woodcarver creates a sculpture from a single piece of wood. Filtering sake through activated carbon is also a common technique that we avoid, as well. We have taken upon ourselves the burden of making a fully complete sake that requires no secondary processing after pressing. We approach the art of sake brewing simply, without the need to add or remove anything.

『雁木定番酒ラベルリニューアル』のお報せ

さて、表題のとおり雁木の定番酒（鶺鴒・スパークリングを除く）ラベルをリニューアル（マイナーチェンジ）いたします。
先ずは11月1日(金)「ノ壱」「ノ弐」の“初搾り新酒”からリニューアルラベルで出荷いたします。
今回のリニューアルを機に、今後も皆様にご満足いただける商品をお届けできるよう、品質の向上に努めてまいります。今後とも変わらぬご愛顧を賜りますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
Announcement of "Gangi Standard Sake Label Renewal"
Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
As the title says, we will be renewing (minor changes) the labels of Gangi's standard sake (excluding Sekirei and Sparkling).
First of all, we will be shipping the "first pressing new sake" of "Noichi" and "Noni" with the renewed labels on Friday, November 1st.
Taking this opportunity to renew our store, we will continue to strive to improve the quality of our products so that we can continue to deliver products that satisfy our customers. We look forward to your continued patronage.

10月数量限定出荷『雁木おりがらみ秋熟生原酒』のご案内
今春、醪を搾ってまもない時点、滓引き前に瓶詰したあらばしりを氷温（-5℃）で約半年間瓶内熟成させたお酒です。
春先には目立っていた滓が酒に溶け、味が濃醇にのっています。尚且つフレッシュ感もとどまっており、新鮮さと熟味が一体となってその両方を楽しめます。冷たくしてお召し上がりください。
